Anastasiia Karpenko is a self-motivated Head of the Human Resources department at DevKit. Since 2022, she has been implementing strategic HR initiatives across departments, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting effective one-on-one meetings, and establishing HR standard documentation and best practices for employee development, performance management, and more. But most of all Anastasiia is eager to balance company goals and employees’ needs by coordinating ongoing professional development opportunities, successfully addressing concerns, and fostering employee retention, she minimizes attrition rates and contributes to the company’s growth.
